At the end of June 2021, 2 more of our mill gearboxes MS074C06 were completed, tested and delivered for our Ukrainian customer. Now all of the 8 old gearboxes in our customer's factory were replaced by our mill gearboxes.

For our Russian partner "Sever Minerals" we manufactured a mill gear for a horizontal ball mill 2.7 x 5.5 m. Our specially developed gearbox of the type MS055B73/01 replaces an old gearbox of the type D3PSF140 from the manufacturer "moventas". All connection and fitting dimensions have been retained so that a simple 1:1 exchange on site is possible.

The replacement gearbox was developed and manufactured in our plant in Magdeburg, in close cooperation with our partner, and successfully tested on April 14th, 2021. The gearbox is also equipped with our “GearView” condition monitoring system.

For a well-known German customer, we were able to manufacture a number of geared parts for turbo gearboxes. Our service included all work from pre-processing to heat treatment to the very demanding finish processing and testing of the components. The processing of the components mainly took place in our production facilities in Dessau and Magdeburg.
